ENCORE ENCORE is committed to premium quality products. We sincerely hope that our apparel meet your expectations, as your satisfaction is our greatest priority. If you are not happy with your purchase though, you can return for an online store credit or exchange the item(s) within 14 days. 

*All discounted items including purchases made with a promotional code are final sale and can not be exchanged. Please note that accessories such as socks and water bottles are also final sale and cannot be exchanged or credited due to hygiene issues.

If you wish to return an item for a credit-

You may return the items within 14 days after you received them. Returned items must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn. They need to have labels still attached and should be in their original packaging.

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of the return shipping. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number. 

If you wish to exchange sizes-

If you need a size exchange, we are happy to arrange that. Exchanged items must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn. They need to have labels still attached and should be in their original packaging.

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of the return shipping. Once we received your return, the new size will be sent to you free of any further shipping costs. If your desired new size is not available, we will notify you by email and issue a store credit. 

International returns-

Returned items must be declared at customs as Returned Canadian merchandise.

Failing to do so may incur additional fees, which, in the case of an exchanged item, will be added to the cost of the new item, or in the case of a merchandise refund, will be deducted from the refund.
